fix: remove duplicate @Suppress annotation on SearchFilterRow

Kotlin rejects the annotation being applied twice on the same function —
broke compileFdroidDebugKotlin and compilePlayDebugKotlin. Keeping the
one above @Composable, removing the duplicate below.
