Records the qlog-driven debugging session that fixed:
  - QlogWriter close-race breaking healthy connections
  - QlogWriter per-event flush stalling the connection lock
  - PTO probe missing CRYPTO retransmit (aioquic close)
  - Retry test PN-reuse violation (RFC 9001 §5.7)
  - Multiplexing 30s timeout
  - Hung-stream blocks the parallel-await chain

Still open:
  - v2 testcase (needs RFC 9369 implementation)
  - Multiplexing throughput on Mac+Rosetta
  - Server role (would unlock handshakeloss vs aioquic)
