docs(audio-rooms): catalog KDoc reflects the now-shipped subscribe path
The MoqLiteNestsListener KDoc still pointed to "we'll add a parallel subscribe in a follow-up". The follow-up shipped in the previous commit; refresh the doc to describe the actual behavior so anyone reading the listener doesn't think catalog support is still missing.
